Arduino is an open source electronics platform that you can program to interact with the real world. Make lights flash, buzzers buzz, and motors spin in this hands-on lab. You can use Arduinos to build an invention, animate a sculpture, or automate your house.

You do not need prior experience with electronics, programming, or Arduinos to attend. This is a great opportunity to learn something new with support from folks in ITS.

The ITS Media Center has Arduino Inventor’s Toolkits that are available for checkout to the campus community. If you decide to make your own Arduino project, you can borrow an Inventor’s Toolkit containing an Arduino,switches, a motor, LED’s, and other electrical components.
