An Introduction to Improving Human Computer Interaction.
Can you think of website that is pleasing (or even fun) to use? What about one that really is not? Usability addresses the quality of human computer interaction. This workshop will be an introduction to usability basics plus some tools to help you run quick usability tests on your site.
